Classic Eating Spoon
My eating spoon typically has an egg-shaped bowl and a fairly straight, tapering handle. I can also do an asymmetrical bowl upon request (see photos). Details such as a tail flip, thumb groove, wide side bevels or center spine are usually in reaction to the possibilities and limitations of a particular piece of wood, but if you are interested in any of these in particular, please let me know. I gravitate toward a longer handle to keep your hand out of the bowl when eating, and all my eating spoons have a narrow rim that allows the bowl to float effortlessly out of your mouth.7 inches or so.
